EEStor Inc. –– Texas-based EEStor is developing a high-power-density ceramic ultracapacitor for use in an all-electric vehicle. The technology is seen by some as potentially better than lithium-ion batteries in engines for all-electric vehicles. The company itself says it will compete against all existing battery technologies.
